Adds two Poesis SAS alpha/preview plugins to the shared Copilot/Claude marketplace: poesis-saf-agentic-harness and poesis-saf-agentic-organization.
Changes:
- Registers both plugins at version
1.0.0-alpha.3with Apache-2.0 metadata and GitHub source references. - Points both sources to the
plugin-v1.0.0-alpha.3release tag. - Normalizes formatting across repository and Spark documentation files.
- Leaves two critical marketplace source references without immutable commit SHA pins.
- Omits both new plugins from the external-plugin list in
README.md.
